This item is 100% vegetarian and will be available only during KDays as part of the New Foods competition. It’s a fun, indulgent, and over-the-top twist on a beloved Japanese street food.

Tteokbokki is a beloved Korean street food made of rice cakes (tteok) simmered in a sweet and spicy soy sauce. The dish is rich and flavourful, and garnished with fish cakes, cabbage and green onions.
