Indigenous Experience

Visit the Indigenous Experience for a 10-day exhibition full of Indigenous entertainment and education. Kick things off with the opening ceremony, learn about Residential Schools and what Truth and Reconciliation means, and experience the Indigenous Art Walk, Metis Healing Garden and the Treaty 101 exhibit. There will even be a crafters market, a career fair and a trade show featuring Indigenous story tellers, crafters, demonstrations and vendors, and Indigenous food offerings from First Nations, Metis and Inuit Villages.
Daily from 12:00pm - 4:00pm, find Traditional Games, Crafts, & Storytelling with Bent Arrow Healing Society.

About the Indigenous Edmonton Entertainment Group Association
The Indigenous Edmonton Entertainment Group Association (IEEGA) is a non-profit organization with a vision to create prosperous relationships with one another by celebrating cultural similarities and differences. IEEGA will expand on the success of previous K-Days celebrations and move forward in extended areas such as: An annual Professional Indigenous Rodeo, an annual International Powwow, an annual Family Day Folk-a-rama to experience cultural festivities within the foreign and Indigenous cultural communities of Edmonton. Bringing adventure and wonder into the local and public eye.
