In the same format as World's Strongest Man, this will be a competition to determine who are the absolute strongest people in Alberta! Competitors will lift and carry extremely heavy, awkward objects to test their strength and conditioning. The competition is finally decided in the classic Atlas Stones, solid concrete spheres lifted to platforms.
July 23 and 24 will be a mix of professional and top amateur athletes vying for the title of Alberta's Strongest Man/Woman.
July 30/31 will be a charity fundraiser competition with high level amateur strongman athletes.
